The biggest of the pack, he often comes across as the strong silent type. Part of the 'musicians' crew, he's named after the famous Canadian rock band, Sloan (originally named Paul of the Beatles litter). While we've known him since he was a yearling, he officially joined the pack at four years old after running 1000 miles to Nome. This boy gets stoked to run, however, his metal-plated knee means he maxes out at 20 miles and leaves the longer, faster runs to the race team. He is a vital member of the 'old man crew' and is just as likely to be found free roaming the woods or attending a skijor meet up as cruising down the trail with the team.
